2. Products

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. Since our soaps are handcrafted and made with natural ingredients, slight variations in color, shape, fragrance, or appearance may occur. These variations do not affect the quality of the product.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

Pureza reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other valid reason.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Easypaisa
  • JazzCash
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Other payment methods available during checkout

Delivery charges are applied at checkout.

5. Shipping

  • We currently deliver across Pakistan.
  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days.
  • Free Shipping is available on orders of PKR 3,000 or above.
  • Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, it can no longer be cancelled.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy.

Customers may request a return or exchange if:

  • They receive the wrong product.
  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • There is a significant quality issue with the product.

Customers who inspect their parcel at the time of delivery and are not satisfied may also contact us regarding a return or exchange.

Products should be returned in their original condition whenever possible.

8. Refunds

Refunds are available after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

9. Product Usage

Our herbal soaps are made with natural ingredients and are intended for external use only.

Although our products are suitable for most skin types, individual skin reactions may vary. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

10. Age Requirement

Our products are suitable for all genders and all age groups. There are no age restrictions for purchasing or using our products.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pureza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.
