Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To request a return, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for your return request.

Eligible Returns

To help us process your request quickly, we may ask for clear photos or videos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Exchanges

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (such as receiving the wrong or damaged product), Pureza will cover the return or replacement costs whenever applicable.
